Your stated length of treatment includes your pre treatment consultation, hands on treatment time and post treatment relaxation. We require full payment at the time of booking. Should you wish to move your booking this can be done up until 48 hours before the booking and should you wish to cancel the same time frame applies but the amount paid would be refunded in the form of a Gift Voucher valid for 1 year to be spent at The Oaks. Any cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in a full charge being applied.
