Will we need to bring a towel?
We provide our Spa Day guests with a robe, towel and pool hall slippers to use whilst using our facilities.
If I book a treatment – will this give me access to the facilities?
Booking a treatment does not always grant access to the facilities. You would need to fall under one of the falling points;
- Have booked a Spa Day package or Signature Spa Experience
- Paid for a Spa Access Pass
- Spent £125+ per person on treatments.
What is your minimum age?
The Oaks Spa has a minimum age of 16, this is for both facility use & treatments.
What facilities do you have?
In our pool hall you’ll find our 15 metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna, Aromatherapy Room, Plunge Bucket & Heated Water Beds in our Relaxation Room.
Can I have a Spa Day whilst pregnant?
Of course! Providing you are over 13 weeks. You’ll find our Mum To Be Package in our brochure and little pram icons by any treatments suitable for those expecting. Please note, whilst pregnant you are advised to not use facilities with excessive heat, this does include our Heat Rooms & Jacuzzi.
I am currently having or have had cancer treatment, am I able to have Spa Day / Treatment?
Yes! Our therapists have undergone Amethyst Trust Training to ensure we can tailor our treatment to those who have cancer. We know it can be a difficult conversation to have, but we would need to know at the time of booking to ensure adequate consultation time has been factored in. If you would prefer, you can ask to speak directly to our Head Therapist before booking who will be happy to answer any question you may have.
My Spa Package does not offer the treatment I would like – Can I upgrade it?
The treatments listed in our brochure for each spa package cannot be changed however you can certainly add additional treatments if you wish.
Do you offer Couples Treatments?
Spa Days are a great way for couples to have some much needed R&R and if it possible to book your treatments to co-inline however they would be in separate rooms.
Do you offer overnight stays?
We don’t have on site accommodation however just a short 2-minute drive away you’ll find Woodland Lakes Boutique Lodges but a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Can I make a booking online using my gift voucher?
At the moment, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed through the website however our helpful team will be more than happy to process the booking VIA the phone. Please call us on 01757 288465.
Do you offer physical Gift Vouchers?
We do! Our online gift vouchers are only in an email format and monetary value. If you would like a physical gift voucher this can be purchased directly from our Spa Reception or postage can be arranged with a telephone payment.
My Gift Voucher is due to Expire – What can I do?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and we don’t offer extensions however if you find time is running out please feel free to call our team who can look at options available to ensure you don’t loose out.
Can you just have a membership to use the Spa?
All of our memberships include access to both Gym & Spa Facilities but we do not offer memberships for just one of them.
Are classes included with in my membership?
We offer a range of classes included within the memberships including Aqua Fit, Yoga, Boxercise and HIIT Classes.
Can I cancel my membership?
We do ask for a minimum sign up of 3 months but after this time if you decide it’s not for you, we would ask for 30 day’s notice in writing.
